SQL Server DBA <<<>>> Location: Atlanta, GA

• The position is for a Database Administrator / System Administrator.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server administration and programming.
• Applicant must be adept at performance tuning, writing and understanding Views, Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
• A strong working knowledge of DTS, SSIS and VBScript is required.
• The applicant must have experience in Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 environments.
• Proficiencies with DTS to SSIS are a must.
• Other desirable skills include; Oracle to SQL conversion, PL SQL, and Telecommunications experience. System Administration experience is a plus.
• Additional workload for total revamp of server and database support environment for the organization, including transitioning multiple servers, databases, and operating systems.
• Also, after initial transition – this will allow the enhancement of and the addition to all metrics including tracking and measuring of ODT initiatives.
