System Engineer – Network Management, Cellsite Backhaul <<<>>>> Location: Middletown, NJ

- Develop the network management plan for introducing the Ericsson Mini-Link microwave platform into the Mobility cell site backhaul network.
- Coordinate across IT Development, Enterprise Architecture as well as extended Labs network management team for all features and systems.
- Develop and manage requirements. Lead and manage development of all required documentation and procedures consistent with Approval-For-Use process.
- Support First Field Application (FFA) and Network Validation Testing (NVT) efforts.
- Support field deployments as part of the Tier 4 support team.
- The ideal candidate will have a BS degree (Masters preferred) as well as 8+ years of experience. Candidate must have excellent writing skills.
