- Engineers needed to provide 7/24 support for the lab/testing environment.
- Total of 5 NPWs are approved. We need 3 engineers in Broomfield Colorado, 2 of the Colorado engineers need to be expert in F5 load balancing and firewall technologies.
- Also in Broomfield we need an engineer who is an expert in Cisco Nexus switches.
- In Charlotte North Carolina we need 2 engineers with expertise in F5 load balancing and firewall technologies.
- The Test Lab team members will support the client’s application test environment consisting of Cisco Nexus switches, F5 load balancers, and Juniper Netscreen firewalls
- Application owners will leverage the environment for pre-production application testing and schedule tests with this Test Lab team.
- Team members will assist the application owners is troubleshooting network issues that arise or conflict with the applications.
- Test Team members will need expertise in all aspects of the test environment including the devices listed above as well as a solid understanding of the layer 3 routing protocols, sniffer analysis.
- In addition to supporting the test environment, Test Lab team members may also support day-to-day network tasks and projects as business demands including design and implementations.
- The test lab will be operational and staffed 24X7. Shifts will include quantity four , 12 hour shifts on weekends and quantity three, 8 hour shifts on weekdays to cover the 24X7 requirement. Applicants must be flexible to cover shifts as needed.
- Expert level individuals in firewalls, load balancers, and Cisco switches and routers.
- Must be familiar with global and local load balancing techniques utilizing F5 load balancers and be able to deploy load balancing designs and rules.
- Must be familiar with Cisco and Forinet firewall hardware, management software and implementation techniques.
- Able to work with various groups to implement firewall architectures.
- Provide support to customer projects on deployment of designs and rules.
- Must have expertise with Cisco Nexus switch and router configurations, protocols, implementations and commands.
- Must have financial network experience with the ability to troubleshoot financial applications.
