This project is managing cell site modifications and growth at roughly 500 cell sites in Washington and Oregon.
Project Manager:
- Managing our turf vendor for cell site modification projects including all real estate and construction activities related to RF Modifications.
- This position oversees construction activities performed by turf vendor and sub contractors who perform cell site modifications including antenna modifications, site modifications, tower replacements, etc.
- There is occasional travel involved for meetings in various market offices as well as occasional site visits at cell sites all over Washington and Oregon.

Management of LTE Cell Site Construction Schedule.
• Responsible for supporting Lead Project Manager with focus on Construction Management.
• Manage and develop the detailed construction plan for LTE cell site deployments in the Minnesota areas, work closely with the Real Estate/Construction, Compliance, RF Engineering and vendor teams to ensure all necessary requirements are met during construction phase of project.

911 Trunk Engineer / Local Negotiator <<>> Location: Bedminster, NJ
Job functions may be either or both of the 911 Local Negotiator and 911 Trunk Engineer roles.
- The 911 Local Negotiator would perform 911 negotiations with local 911 Emergency Services Providers and regulatory bodies required for the implementation of new VoIP services.
- This includes procuring necessary agency agreement requirements, determining specific testing requirements, and obtaining various parameters (tandem CLLI, default ESN, T3 CFA details, NPA/NXX, etc.) required for 911 order issuance.
- As needed, the 911 LN will negotiate a 911 Agreement with the local agency.
- The 911 LNs will obtain 911 testing slots, submit test results, and handle any agency questions prior to receiving agency authorization for Rate Center certification.
- The 911 Trunk Engineer is responsible for building, test coordination and turn-up of the new 911 network required by the footprint expansion of VoIP services.
- This includes issuing 911 documentation, building 911 trunk groups, and issuing DS0 and T1 facility orders as well as creating systems records and provisioning VoIP routing.
- Once the network is in place, the 911 TE coordinates the 911 testing, performs the individual trunk isolation, and completes the final Rate Center certification
