Web/Portal Developer <<<>>> Location: Middletown, NJ

• Resources will work on Project Freedom which covers Portal and Work Flow Engine for the consumer market.
• This position requires an individual with proven technical skills to define web portal based solutions to address complex consumer and enterprise customer care problems.
• Must be proficient in techniques that go into the formulation of solution architectures, including requirements discovery and analysis, solution alternatives identification and assessment, and definition of detailed requirements.
• It is desirable for candidate to have understanding of Telecom operation support systems and processes.
• Must have hands on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal technology, and must also be familiar with Java Specification Request (JSR) 168 and JSR 286 standards.
• Must have hands on experience developing portlets.
• This job requires applied knowledge of how to mediate opposing viewpoints and negotiate equitable solutions to ensure successful and stable outcomes.
• Must be able to demonstrate mastery of written and verbal communication skills which include ability to stay on subject, leverage use of good feedback, and use content appropriate for the audience.
