Support Engineer – Cellular Network <> Location: Redmond, WA

• Responsible for the 24 X 7 Fault analysis monitoring and support of the Cellular Network, including trouble ticket management and issue resolution on specified Network Events.
• Systems and applications to include at least one or more of the following: IP Routing, Routing Protocols, ATM, and Firewall.
• Experience with Wireless Data, GPRS and UMTS platforms and applications also required.
• Knowledge of UNIX is a plus.
• ***** Must Be Willing To Work Various Shifts And Weekends Based On Needs Of The Business. Likely working 4 ten hour days; days will vary *****
